You will not believe how quick this soup cooks up! And not only is it quick, it’s easy too!
I make this soup in my Celebrating Home Bean Pot. If you don’t know anything about Bean Pots, they’re crockery that are microwave, oven, & dishwasher safe. You can make anything from chocolate cake, to vegetable dishes, to main meals in them. I have used mine primarily to make Chocolate Lava Cake in the microwave and it is divine! Quick Taco Soup
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef We use venison that the great hunters bring home in the fall.
- 1 can diced tomatoes with chilis
- 1 can of corn
- 2 cans of red kidney beans The original recipe only calls for 1 can, but I want to stretch this dish as much as possible, so I do 2 cans. If you don’t like kidney beans, I think you could easily use a different type.
- 2 packages of taco seasoning
